No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

Registration: When you register for Expedient Mortgage Corporation content, webinars, meetings, and/or opt-ins, we may collect Personally Identifiable Information like your User ID, password, contact details, and business information to tailor the site and provide personalized content.

Online Surveys and Contests: We conduct optional surveys and contests to gather user preferences, ensuring anonymity when you participate (unless otherwise indicated).

Automatically Gathered Information: We collect browser type, software version, and use cookies for user preferences and tracking trends. IP addresses are logged for security but aren’t typically linked to Personally Identifiable Information, unless necessary to enforce compliance or protect our service and customers.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. Also, if our site is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they may continue to sell and support our products and services.

IMPORTANT: We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties, including but not limited to advertisers, strategic partners or vendors. Again, we take your privacy very seriously.

SECTION 4 – DATA STORAGE

Our website is hosted and managed by Wix. 

Your data is stored in Wix's data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Infusionsoft stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

NOTE: At no point during the transaction does Expedient Mortgage Corporation take custody or store your credit card information. SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Expedient Mortgage and expedientmortgage.com utilizes cookies to create a more customized experience for our users and customers. For example, we use a login cookie, so members do not have to re-enter their username and password each time they return to our site. We also use tracking pixels (i.e. Google Analytics) to aid in measuring and tracking where our website traffic is coming from and to track the performance of our site. Finally, we use remarking pixels from Facebook and Google to aid in customized, targeted follow-up advertising.
